Tyshak-X Balloons are manufactured from a micro thin, minimally compliant, thermoplastic elastomer, which gives them an initial, low, deflated profile relative to the balloon diameter. However after they have been inflated and then deflated in the body, they collapse to a significantly larger profile with a rough outer surface.
